Stand-by-it lifetime cover
We guarantee the lifetime of each item against reasonable failure or damage in its intended use. If it fails or is not up to standard, we replace it.
7-year gate guarantee
On top of the lifetime cover, every gate we make carries a 7-year guarantee, one of the longest in the industry. (T&Cs apply.)
Plain and fair.
We believe in our products and stand by the workmanship, the craftsmanship and the materials in each one. If a product fails or is not up to a satisfactory standard, we will replace it.
The guarantee does not cover general wear, accidental damage, or using an item for something other than what it was made for. Every return is subject to an evaluation by our returns team, which is just us having a proper look.
