A fence is only as good as the day it rusts. Every gate, post and panel we make is hot-dip galvanised after it is welded, so the zinc seals the joins, not just the flats. That is what gets you twenty years in a wet gully instead of five.
We test the lot on Black Hill Station before it goes on sale. If it is not good enough for our own boundary, we do not sell it to you.

Our gear, on our country.
A farming family who got sick of bad gear.
We run Black Hill Station on the upper Rakaia, and we have fenced it ourselves for more than twenty years. Too much of the gear we could buy was either not made for our conditions or was getting dearer every season, so we set up our own company to source and make exactly what we needed, to a standard we would stand behind.
A lot of it used to be special-order only. We carry it in stock now, for farmers right across the country.
Tell us the gate, the post, the paddock. We will sort the rest.
